What can I customise/personalise?

You are able to fully customise/personalise the message inside the card. Your custom message can be up to 600 characters, including spaces and it will be printed inside the card in a handwritten font.

Can I request cards to be made?

We are always open to new ideas for cards. If you have an idea you want us to create, please email with your idea or you can connect with us on Instagram or Facebook.

Who comes up with the card ideas?

We have come up with the card ideas after reflecting on personal moments in our own lives where we felt like it would have been nice to receive some validation, acknowledgement or support. Most of our cards have a personal back story to them but they are also open to interpretation for others to use as they see fit.

Who designs the cards?

The cards have been created by us. As we grow and develop our business model, we are interested in collaborating with local artists to create new designs.

What kind of cardstock are your cards printed on?

All cards are printed on a premium matte white 350gsm recycled paper cardstock.

Where do you source your supplies from?

We source our cardstock from an Australian supplier based in Victoria.

Postage and delivery

Who do you post with?

All items are posted with Australia Post on a standard delivery. This means that you can expect your items to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Sometimes delivery can take up to 8 working days, depending on time of the year and location.

Do you offer international delivery?

No, at this stage we can only post to addresses within Australia. You can order our products from overseas but they will need to be delivered to a postal address in Australia.

Do you post to PO boxes?

Yes, we can post to PO boxes in Australia.


My card hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If it has been more than 8 business days and your card hasn’t arrived at its destination, please send an email to with your details so we can investigate.

I forgot to add my discount code when I was purchasing my card, can this be applied to the transaction later?

If you didn’t apply your discount code at the time of purchase, it cannot be applied later. You can use the discount code for another purchase though.

Can I change the shipping address after I’ve made my purchase?

If the shipping address you have used is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it but we will do our best as long as you notify us as soon as possible with the address change. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

No, we are unable to make any changes to orders after they have been placed.

Environmental information

What does Unseasoned Greetings do to minimise its environmental footprint?

All of our cards are printed on recycled paper and we don’t print until a card is purchased - meaning that nothing goes to waste.

ReachOut partnership

How does the partnership with ReachOut work?

Unseasoned Greetings has an authority to fundraise agreement with ReachOut Australia. A monthly payment based on the amount of cards sold is paid directly to ReachOut. Unseasoned Greetings do not charge any service fees on these donations. Your donation is passed on in full.

How often do donations go to ReachOut?

At the end of each month, we give our donations in one lump sum to ReachOut Australia. Say for example we sold 1,000 cards in a month, we would then donate $500 to Reach Out at the end of that month. (50 cents from every Unseasoned Greetings card sold goes to ReachOut Australia).
