Shipping policy

At Unseasoned Greetings, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where in Australia you are. 

To help achieve the nostalgia and personal feel of receiving a card in the mail, each card is sent out using a $1.10 Australia Post stamp rather than using a pre-paid envelope. This means that shipping is not trackable. You will be notified via email when your product is dispatched.

We will always endeavour to dispatch your item within one business day. If there is a delay due to equipment breakdown or any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible with advice on when you can expect your product to be delivered.
